Is dubai good for family vacation?

Dubai really is the perfect place for your next family vacation. Here's why · Legoland Dubai · Dubai Aquarium and Underwater Zoo · Wild Wadi. With fun rides, a huge water park and a miniature replica of downtown Dubai made entirely of Lego pieces, Legoland Dubai has plenty of activities to keep your family busy. In addition, there are plenty of food options, shops and two other parks, MOTIONGATE and Bollywood, within walking distance.

It's pretty hot in Dubai, so what better way to cool off than in a huge water park? The Wild Wadi water park has 30 water slides and attractions, and an incredible view of the Burj Al Arab Jumeirah. It's also right next to the Jumeirah Al Naseem hotel, one of the beachfront properties of the Jumeirah resorts. It's the perfect place for your family to stay and play. Are you planning to visit Dubai with children and wondering how to make this family trip to the city fun for everyone? Dubai is a destination with a perfect climate and you can spend time on the beach or in the pool, practice some water sports and never leave your hotel.

But if you're reading this, you're probably looking for more. Here are some ideas on how to keep your kids busy during their vacation in Dubai and do some sightseeing at the same time. We visited the Burj Khalifa at night and the views of the city in the dark were incredible. If you can get tickets for the sunset, it's one of the best times to visit it.

You can see the city when there is still light, at dusk and, if you stay long enough, also in the dark. We also thought the fountains were spectacular when viewed from the top of the Burj Khalifa. So if you're at At The Top at night, make sure you don't miss the show from above. Camel rides are also fun for the whole family, but you might not embark on a very long ride with very young children.

On the other hand, children between 3 and 4 years old should be able to do a tour like this, where riding a camel is just one of the many things that are done. If you're visiting Dubai with children under 12 years old, you can also visit LEGOLAND Dubai theme park. It has the same concept as all other LEGOLAND parks in the world, with colorful shows and fun attractions designed primarily for the youngest members of the family. In addition to the traditional theme park, there is also a water park that you can visit here: LEGOLAND Dubai Water Park.

This is a really fun water park with several pools, water slides and also activities for the whole family with huge soft LEGO bricks. However, as with all other water parks in Dubai, you'll enjoy it more with slightly older children (ideally over 1.2 m tall). Here you can find more information and get your tickets for the theme park, and here, for the water park. Ok, this is one of those activities that may not be for the whole family, but it's so typical of Dubai that it's worth trying it.

And yes, you can do it with children. There are two large aquariums in Dubai: the Lost Chambers Aquarium, in Atlantis at the Palm, and the Dubai Aquarium and Underwater Zoo, located inside the Dubai Mall. The Lost Chambers Aquarium is located at the Atlantis Hotel and is often combined with a visit to the Aquaventure Water Park, which is also located in the same location. While the Dubai Aquarium and Underwater Zoo is located in a busy shopping mall, near the Burj Khalifa.

You can see part of the Dubai Mall Aquarium without having to go inside and it's absolutely stunning. If you choose to visit an aquarium, make sure to book your tickets in advance and go first thing in the morning, as there are a lot of people in the afternoon. In addition, the museum is located in the former Al Fahidi Fort, built in 1787, the oldest building in Dubai. It's quite small and compact and is presented in such a way that children will enjoy it too.

The visit doesn't take long (40-50 minutes) and there's plenty to keep kids interested. You can buy just about anything here, but don't forget to bring cash and bargain on the sale price. When we travel with children, we try to use as many different means of transportation as we can. Often, that's an experience in and of itself.

Dubai also has a wide variety of all types of transport available. From the most modern transport options, such as the Dubai Skyrail, to the more traditional ones, such as an abra for wooden ships. When it comes to shopping, only a few places in the world can match the variety and supply of Dubai's malls. Tanoura's dancers wear long, colorful skirts and perform all kinds of tricks while spinning.

Traditional belly dancing performances by women are also nice to see in Dubai. But if I had to choose just one of these, with children, I would definitely opt for the Tanoura dance. The lights and colors of traditional skirts will impress adults and children alike. It is not necessary to book a dance show separately, as it is usually part of several excursions or one-day trips around Dubai, such as this dinner cruise or this dhow cruise with dinner on the Dubai marina that we did one night (children under 6 years old are free).

The Dubai marina was one of our favorite parts of the city. It's a very lively place, with lots of restaurants and cafés. There were also a lot of street performances at the marina when we visited Dubai during the Christmas and New Year period. Dubai has a lot of really nice beaches.

And I can't imagine any family trip to Dubai without spending at least a few days at the beach. Even people who weren't on the beach like us spent many hours playing in the sand and enjoying the sun. If you're staying at a hotel in the city and not on the beach, you'll be happy to know that there are a lot of really nice public beaches in Dubai. For example, Marina Beach, near The Walk, where we stayed, seemed like a perfect place to spend a couple of hours with the family.

Not only can you enjoy everything the beach has to offer, but there are also several playgrounds and plenty of space for children to run. We ate excellent ice cream in Dubai. There are specialized places that really perfected the art of making ice cream. But our children's favorite was the Turkish ice cream at The Walk in Dubai.

You don't even need to bring clothes or ski equipment, everything can be rented. We didn't try because, for us, Dubai was a sunny destination that we visited to escape the winter. And we have plenty of time for winter activities at home, in Europe. One of the things that many of our friends who visited Dubai with children liked the most was interacting with the dolphins in Atlantis.

We skipped it for several reasons. But if your kids want to interact with dolphins and time and money aren't an issue, then you might want to try it. Atlantis at The Palm is the ideal place for this and many other activities (water park, aquarium). And, like everything else in Dubai, it's much cheaper if you book in advance.

If you're looking for a relaxing beach vacation in Dubai with children and can accommodate the whole family in a 4-person room, Atlantis The Palm is also a very good option to consider, as hotel guests can use the water park for free. So if you're planning to spend a lot of time by the pool and can find a reasonable rate for a family room here, it might be worth it. At the moment we have no plans to return to Dubai, but who knows. I would definitely like to explore the region more.

The United Arab Emirates is ideal for families, but those unfamiliar with the Middle East and Islamic culture may want to consider a few things when planning a family adventure in the United Arab Emirates. Dubai is an excellent choice for a family vacation. It's a world-class city that offers stellar hospitality, incredible adventures and a shopping experience like no other. With a perfect mix of tradition and modernity, there are plenty of interesting places to visit in Dubai with the family.

From natural to man-made, there are wonders in this city that no family should miss out on vacation, and to help you find them, here are the 17 best places in Dubai to visit as a family. Be sure to visit all of these places with your family to experience some of the best days of your life with your loved ones during a Dubai city tour. The best time to visit Dubai is in winter, the season starts in November and lasts until April. The best months for a family vacation in Dubai would be December and January, with the cheapest flights in January.

In addition, January and February tend to attract the most tourists due to the Dubai Shopping Festival, which brings the city to life. From theme parks to incredible family-friendly resorts to dancing water fountains and skyscraper views, visiting Dubai with kids is packed with action. Probably one of the most iconic places to take pictures, the Dubai desert is nothing short of a fun place to go to Dubai with children and take exciting photos. You must be 12 years or older to ride the Xline Dubai and weigh at least 50 kg, so make sure your teenagers meet the requirements sooner.

What's even better is that it goes from Dubai International Airport to the central and busiest parts of the city. For this reason, no child of other citizens born in Dubai is granted local citizenship, but it is automatically assumed that they obtain nationality from their parents. When you see photos of Dubai, you feel like a city of the future, but culturally and historically it has much more to offer. Like many things in Dubai, most of these stores are over-the-top in the best sense, making them one of the best things to do in Dubai with kids.

Dubai welcomes tourists with open arms, however, this can make it easy to forget that it is at the heart of conservative Islam. Not only does lightweight clothing make traveling a little easier, it's also ideal for hot Dubai days. .
